Frozen pollock fillet is made of headless, gutless and exported pollock, processed to be ice-out, skinless, insect-out and boneless. After that, it will be BQF freezed in inner wax-box, and will be stored under -18°C to finish IQF production. At last, the products are packed in plastic package of innocuity and cartons, and are exported to the American-European countries.
