Frozen pollock fillet is made of headless, gutless and exported pollock, processed to be ice-out, skinless, insect-out and boneless. After that, it will BQF freeze in inner wax-box and IQF freeze under -18°C. After being packed into the nontoxic plastic package and cartons. the finished products are exported to the American-European countries.
